Gavottes are light and golden french cookies and, like the dance from Brittany that lends them their name, are composed of fine crusty layers and rolled up.

Delicious crepes Jan 09, 2012

When I left seller feedback, I accidentally left the stars out. Please know it is not a zero rating. They totally get a 5-star rating all the way. They were fast with delivery, and the correspondence I've had with them has been positive. I also think these are wonderful crepes. They are just the right amount of sweetness and are crispy and fresh. They are delicious with coffee, wine, or even alone. They make a nice gift too!

First had these in France. At the time, I thought they were the most amazing cookies I've ever tasted! crispy, flaky, light & airy. Unbelievably good! I am delighted to find out that they are available in the USA.
