I agree with Falcon. When I lived in Vienna, Austria, whenever I got money I would immediately go to the nearest Merkur and spend most of it on Maoams. Like Falcon said, it's like Starbursts but tastes a lot better. This is my favorite candy and it's definitely worth the cost of shipping.

Maoam are my all time favorite candy. They are somewhat similar in texture to Starburst (perhaps a bit harder), but taste a whole lot better in my opinion.

My friend in London uses these as treats for her children & while visiting her last year I fell in love with them. They are far better than Starbursts, and I even prefer them to chocolate (especially Cherry & Strawberry). The only negative in this product is not being able to purchase them by flavor, rather one must buy multi-flavors; and, the shipping on these are OUTRAGEOUS!!! It would benefit the Haribo Maoam Company greatly to manufacture these stateside and lower the shipping costs; I'd bet dollars to Maoams more people would order (especially those of us who use Amazon Prime - they should be allowed under the program). ~N Haribo Maoam Assorted Chewing Candies ( 5x22g )

Pretty good a little less flavor than I expected. Kind of like a European version of Now and Laters hate the cola flavor.

I'd never heard of this candy before, because they are not widely available in the United States. My girlfriend mentioned this was her favorite candy, however, so I was willing to pay the high price. These things are delicious! It's a shame they aren't sold in stores here in the US.
