My husband and I go to France just about once a year. We love duck confit. This product is just fabulous, I use the duck fat for roast potatoes, the flavor is absolutely wonderful. Served with a salad and those roast potatoes, its like being back in France!!

Very tasty. This can holds enough duck confit to serve for a party, and leaves lots of extra duck fat in which to roast potatoes.

By Marianne Mannino Our neighbor's daughter visited from Paris and brought a can of duck confit. We shopped locally and found this product on Amazon. It is amazingly similar -- the real thing!

Yummy! Feb 03, 2009
By Rye Bread Confit was one of my favorite foods to eat when I was in France. This product is authentic! While the meat wasn't as tender as I am accustomed to, my dinner companion was delighted and raved about it for days! It was good and I recommend this product.
